The Bed Frame was designed to expand at any time. When your size no longer works, just add panels to take a twin to a queen, a queen to a king...you get the idea.

Our Expansion Kit is meant to be a convenient add-on solution for customers that move to a different mattress size later or simply didn’t expect to size-up later on. Because of this, the costs associated with manufacturing and packaging the item separately is higher.
Our Expansion Kit is intended to be a money saver and — this one we’re excited about — better for the environment, as it prevents someone from needing to purchase an entirely new bed should they decide to upgrade their bed size.
Wood is a natural material, so it is expected for each panel to have slight color, texture, and grain variations. We use real wood veneer in the construction of all our Floyd products and as with any natural product a variation in color is expected. We’ve developed a color spectrum for all of our wood products, so while your new panel may have a different tone, we know it will look great with your current Bed Frame!
As a note, we cannot guarantee color matching over the life of your Floyd but we don’t think Mother Nature really makes mistakes.
